Maybe I understand wrong, but it was never released just as a cd, so there is no cover. But perhaps you can print out the cover of the dvd of that concert, which got the white TB logo on it.

As this one never was released officialy and -afaik- only shown on spanish TV, it should not collide to post a link to this performance here:
