You'll find an explanation of the Piltdown Man here (scroll down the page a bit). The words are complete nonsense, though some attempts have been made to find sense in them.

If you're interested in the Piltdown Man hoax, see:

http://unmuseum.mus.pa.us/piltdown.htm
http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/aso/databank/entries/do53pi.html
http://www.museumofhoaxes.com/piltdown.html

The webmaster of the last site, Alex Boese, just published a book entitled The Museum of Hoaxes: A collection of pranks, stunts, deceptions, and other wonderful stories contrived for the public from the Middle Ages to the New Millennium (Dutton, c2002, ISBN 0525946780). Pretty fast & interesting read, and based on the website.  Or vice versa. :)

I wonder if Mike'll try and slip in a secret message on TB 2003? Or maybe he'll just get pissed and growl his head off  :p

Well, in TB2003 the Piltdown lyrics are more clear and understandable... by another piltdown man... shame it´s a long forgotten language  ;)

Quote (Mike Chadwick @ July 20 2003, 19:47)
Piltdown man is an evil alter ego of Mike oldfield.

Not really... he's more like the angry version of him, sort of like his own rendition of the Incredible Hulk :). I think that Mike got ultimately rid of his evil part in 'Outcast'. ;)
