Im a little pissed of to learn that TB3 has not been released in Australia. I had heard it was to be a world wide release but it wasn't.... :(  and it is to my understanding that Australia wasn't the only contry to miss out..

Why is it so????????

If any one can shed some light on this matter please let me know or tell me where to find a copy of TB3...

Are you really talking about TB3 ? Don't you mean TB2003 instead ?

Yes, I'm sure SentinelGard does mean TB2003. TB3 is one of the first MO albus I found, and sould be in most good music shops, even in Australia. So I'm sure SentinelGard means TB2003, which I have never seen in Australia. Someone on the Amarok mailing list found TB2003 in Adelaide, but that dosen't help the rest of Australia. I too would like to know why TB2003 was not released in Australia, why we were not counted in the 'worldwide release'.

It is even here in little old Poland, which makes it's lack in Australia a little strange (we also have The Complete TB here).

Don't forget the USA!  So far here you have to special order it at great expense.  Message to WEA: fix this!!  How hard could it be to ship over a couple of crates to the major retailers?   :/

As hard as releasing it in several countries on the same day. As hard as releasing a playable album that doesn't destroy the equipment it's put into. As hard as making sure that the right discs and booklet are in a boxed set. As hard as making a DVD with correctly encoded audio...

We have to face it, Warner are pushed to their limits here - their three man and a donkey operation is just too small to handle a release like Tubular Bells 2003 successfully. I think Mike should move to a bigger label, a big multinational with ridiculous amounts of money to pour into his releases...

...wait, hang on a minute...something's not quite right here...

I have a good record company in mind for that Korgie, and it begins with a "V" and ends with a "N". ;)
