I received the box but the certificate was missing. Today I received just a small letter. Inside: one certificate... number 420 out of 500... hope there are no two copies of the same number :-) Back to top

Well, known as lazypants, i give you a copy of what has been mailed at brandstores: -> Hi Folks at Bandstores. please be informed that as of today, September 29th 2009, i finally can confirm the receipton of my order placed May, 16th 2009. First, let me thank you for all the effort you gave to come to this solution. However, for some reason, i'm not completly happy with it. The Boxes are unsealed. OK, you had to replace the venyl inside, i understand this. But: At least my copy therefore misses the black sticker saying "Special Numbered Edition - Signed by Mike Oldfield - Limited 500 Copies", the only visible difference between that "special" box and the millions (ha, ha) of unsigned copies out there. So, if for any chance, you still keep those stickers in you trash, i would prefer an original sticker than a compensation T. I've yet to tell you the size of the T, so that would be an XL, thank you. You may remember me as a patient Customer, not complaining at all. There is no number on it. The case in front of "500" is empty. Therefore, when you bought this Ultimate edition, they (the seller) said that you will receive a numbered edition on 500. If there is no number, the contract between you and them is not valid. But seriously, I am still considering all the options. I cannot say that I am entirely satisfied, but that might also be because of the past fes months. The lack of a number on those certificates bothers me a lot,this is not what I've been expecting and I did pay for really.I don't know how I would react when I get my box,it's been a love-hate relationship for a while,though. You can easily squeeze something more out of them because they have breached their contract and not delivered your merchandise.. Mercury/bandstore have gone from arrogant suits to being gerbels. They should consider them lucky I'm not amongst the fans who got rear-ended by them.. fucking ......  ....... .... .....   Back to top

So i'll contact Antz again and ask him to really forward my address to Mercury. I still expect a compensation for the breach of contract.
