This looks like a nice forum since I am a fan of Oldfield. =) My first question here is about the tubular bells LP picture disc. Bassman Group: Members Posts: 548 Joined: Feb. 2008 Posted: Nov. 01 2008, 19:23 It's been documented that those sounds are MO's model plane.  He evidently stuck that in at the end to supposedly show off the gimmick of the pic disc being the quad mix.  Does the pic disc have "The Drunken Hornpipe" or the regular version? -------------- Turn up the music... It's the regular Hornpipe at the end, followed by a whirr (rather than a sawing noise). And yes, it's the quad mix. And no, it's not rare.
