Oh, well, I thought...

I´ve made a top ten for TBII, why not doing a top two for Tubular Bells ass well...?

Then I´d do it like this.

1 Tubular Bells part 1
2 Tubular Bells part 2

Isn´t it funny? It´s ordered just like the real track list of the album!

Ok, what will it be if you do a top two of Hergest Ridge ?

1. Hergest Ridge Part 1
2. Hergest Ridge Part 2

Wow. It's the same order as the album.

2) Incantations Part 3
3) Incantations Part 2
4) Incantations Part 1

Sorry, I don't think it's like the album. smile

It is if you play the album backwards...and then you might find messages from the devil as well (and the little reversed theme that's in there somewhere)...

My Top Tracklist for Amarok:

1. Amarok

Amazingly, it's just like the album. wink

Cheers, Delfin, for starting such a topic that has become so marvellously irrelevant. cool

Well, Tim. My preference of Amarok actually looks a bit different from yours.

I think that "Amarok" is the best track - not "Amarok"! :P

Seriously, if we divide into two tracks, like on the LP, then it would be (I think):
1. Amarok side 1
2. Amarok side 2

Tada! Again, just like the album itself! eek

What about this?
"Tubular Bells part 2" consists of, as I see it, 6 different themes (songs). I could rank them as this:

1. Part 4 (Caveman song)
2. Part 6 - Final (Hornpipe)
3. Part 2 (2nd theme) wink
4. Part 3 ("Troll tune")*
5. Part 1 (1st theme)
6. Part 5 (the music between the Caveman and hornpipe bits!) tongue

*to me this bit has always sounded like music from a dark forest with lots of trolls
(goblins)

I won't even try to calculate how many different themes TB Part 1 consists of...

Hi, Hillbilly,

If you got Amarok Player and choose Tubular Bells, you'll see all the subtracks from both Part One and Part Two, such as Piltdown Man, Solar Flare, The Bell, Southern Silver, etc. etc.

Greetings.

Pikalcazar:
Maybe you could explain to me what the "Amarok Player" is? I've seen it mentioned on other places here, but I don't understand how it works.
