Bleat Group: Members Posts: 97 Joined: June 2006 Posted: Mar. 01 2007, 19:16 I have a promotional copy of The Songs Of Distant Earth On CD It has a plain dark blue front cover with nothing on the reverse side...its just a bit of card...It has  Mike Oldfield and The Songs Of Distant Earth written at the top in the style of the original tape/cd.At the bottom it says promotional use only not for resale.The back cover has track listings in the original style,again with promotional use only at the bottom.The CD itself is black with Mike Oldfield and TSODE printed in silver...also printed on one side is Promotional Use Only. Just wondering how many others here have a copy like this....is it quite rare or do many people have it in their collections? Bleat.   Back to top

At one time I went to record fairs almost every month and collected Mike's promotional stuff. Don't do it anymore as you must draw the line somehere - it can be a very expensive hobby. Back to top
