I've recently updated my copy of the synth behmouth Omnisphere to the latest version and found a patch called Monster OctaveFuzz Bow.
The info text by the patch creator Diego Stocco explains: "This is a tribute to Mike Oldfield's Tubular Bells I, an album that profoundly inspired me when I was a child. On part 1 6'57" a bowed or synth bass sound dubbed with fuzz guitars comes in, when I heard that sound for the very first time I fell in love with it, it sounded alive and growling. This patch is an attempt at creating that kind of sound and a way to thank an artist that truly inspired me"
Diego Stocco did some amazing work for Omnisphere, but also does amazing work in his own right: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jdYj7dMYwxM
