Well, a couple other people mentioned it was a little loud and one person (who knew it was MIDI already) said a real guitar wouldn't have that many fret noises going on. [...]but in the game it's going to be written differently blending with various other themes.

Alright, I believe you then! ;)

The secret with the fret noises is that they'd be slightly shorter and higher pitched than those...otherwise, the 'guitar' is nicely played. I think the track should fit very nicely into the game (of course, I don't know what the game's like...). Good work!

Thanks for the fret-noise advice there, Korgscrew! And thanks to everyone else who commented. Much appreciated!

Do I have to explain why, or do you want me to shut up again?  :D

No, seriously. Lately you've posted very negative posts about yourself: you being a bad musician, others are better, why don't I have fans, I hope I don't have to shame ...

I hope this is not because of my comments you're doing this! I still admire your skill with those electronic thingy's. Be a bit more confident, will ya Booster!

But I notice many guitar songs (even Mikes) have those 'glitchy' noises on it. I once asked a friend of mine who plays a bit guitar what this noise is, and he said it's quite normal.

:D

Am I that friend??? :D
next year I will take my guitar to Dilbeek (a very small 'city' next to Brussels, where I study). I don't have many things to do there (maybe learning...  :/  ) so I can practice my guitarwork a bit...

And then I might join "the world's crappiest band"
You pay for the show and you can throw tomatoes, appels, furnature and menure at us... I'll be STINKING rich!!!!! :D

For once I agree with Ancient.....lol jk I agree with you more often then note, buddy.

But anyway, you shouldn't be too negative just because people didn't use the same words about you as maybe some others. I don't even think I'm as good as these people say I am lol. Keep a positive attitude, my friend. Lots of people loved your Ommadawn 2003, after all. If you're upset because people aren't saying certain things about you that maybe you'd like them to say, keep working hard until they do say it. You can't just jump to the top you've gotta work till you get there. How fast you get there depends on how much your trying to get there.

You don't suck. You have much potential. You're very capable of making atmospheric sounds and your samples work well. Just keep at it.

YEAH!!!!!

Booster, your Ommadawn 2003 was really great! And I'm sure that I'll like your other parts (exams, no time now... :S ).

But when Music, the ancient language... says your music is good, then it is good!!!!! Trust me, I know this guy, music has to be really good before he says so...

Go Booster!!!!!!!!!!!
