Quote (EeToN @ June 27 2007, 17:57) | I've always thought that TBII is a more perfect version of TB, regarding the 'quality' of their melodies and arrangement. I've always seen it like a beautifully composed, coherent symphony, while TB is more accidental and raw. |
In my eyes, TBII is a far more idealistic version of TB. I think TB has an industralised, grim, chaotic feeling to it, particularly in the finalé of Part One. However, in TBII, it feels a lot more uplifting, calming and light-hearted, and the heavy guitars are always accompanied by a soothing rhythm.
