Thanks for the feedback. Really appreciate the comments. Yes. I have Mike's Silent Night on the Tattoo single ;-) I liked to include traditional instruments as well as my granddad's accordion which means a lot as it's not been used since 1973.

I have also uploaded a new mix with violin of the track "Armistice" which could be a new year type thing.

@ ian: congrats, it's really excellent. You've perfectly captured the mood of the track and the Oldfieldian atmosphere, even if, of course, Mike already did his own version of "Silent Night". :)

@ Jim B.: your version isn't metal at all to me [it's more Zeppelin-esque rock-blues than metal!] and it isn't at all silly. However, I couldn't recognize where do the various interpolated acoustic bits come from, which are most certainly not from "Silent Night". :D

:) Ugo this one is very nice too ! Found it today !

Nothing, but beats John Cage's 4′33″ anytime. You've wonderfully condensed all three movements into one heck of a wholeness.

Edit: Of course I meant John Cage's 4 ' 33 ''. Something weird happens when I try to type and send 4′33″.

Edit2: D'oh!
