I just dug this little bit of history out of a drawer, and thought I'd share it with you lot. When I was about 10 or 11 I wrote to Mike asking for a signed photograph, addressing the letter care of the Virgin offices in London. It was quite a long time before I received a reply, but eventually this little beauty arrived. It was about 1986 or 87, before the release of Islands, so the printed discography on the back (which I'll attach in the next post) only goes up to The Complete Mike Oldfield.

Anyone else seen or got one of these?

Nice! I'd say the photo is from the same session as the "Tricks of the Light" sleeve photo. Same jump suit and shirt.

Ah, I had assumed it was a ski-jacket or something. I didn't realise it was a onesie! Very fetching.
