Is the song Shine that Mike did with Jon Anderson available on CD? If so, which one? Are any of Mike's b-sides or non album tracks on CD?

Dont think that Shine is available on official CD, but its certainly on the Windchimes Laserdisc, which is the "closest" you'll get to it being on a CD

The best bet is to get the 7"/12" version, sample it and clean it.  The results may not be perfect, but it's the best that's available for the time being.
