Not really sure it's the right forum, but as guitar talk is here, well...

Links to avi.s of the solo in Shine, played slowly, so you can understand a little better what happens in there.
Sorry for the crap filming, i've not found a way to use my webcam to give a nice subjective view.
Not sure either about some parts, but all in all it sounds quite similar to me.
I broke it down in six parts, which seems coherent enough with the way it is constructed.
Can't be arsed to write the tab tho... hope the video will help if you're trying to play it. If i can, anybody can, trust me.

Solo full

Shine solo part 1
Shine solo part 2
Shine solo part 3
Shine solo part 4
Shine solo part 5
Shine solo part 6

EDIT: okay this is terrible, the image is all weird when played in divx... i recorded it using a logitech quickcam, anybody got advice?

I'm not really fast at all, the song is around 120 bpm i believe, i'm a good 15 bpm behind...
Anyway, i believe speed is not an issue, it's much better to play slowly and on time, then you can speed it up step by step.
Has this vid helped any of you? i think anybody with a little guitar in their hands can play this very nice and original solo in a few weeks or months, at full speed, with daily work.
I think it's very interesting because the licks are not typical guitar licks, and sound beautiful.

Thank you for your effort, I'll try it out as soon as I have enough time and my guitar repaired. :)
