The title of this single is : the bell / sentinel-restructure
9 40749-2  Reprise    (1992 of course  :)  )

The one you mentioned above your post is nr. 3 on the single, which makes this title :
sentinel-restructure 3 (Satoshi Tomii Interpretation)

I'm not selling you my copy, and I don't know where you can buy one.  Sorry.....

There are 6 different mixes of Sentinel (including Early Stages) freely downloadable from http://www.arrian.nl/MikeOldfield/
Look around 1992 in the collection page.  There's heaps of other rare and wonderful stuff there.
