After Hifiguru's videos were deleted last year, there hasn't been a single clip of Mike's FATC encore on YouTube and so here it is. Enjoy! 
Btw, apologies for poor video quality. I tried ripping from the DVD 3 times and all ended up with those horizontal lines. If anyone knows what's wrong with it, I might upload a version with better quality.
