Thea Cochrane Group: Musicians Posts: 445 Joined: Nov. 1999 Posted: Mar. 31 2010, 21:54 Some people might be interested in this, it's a ReFill for Reason (at the moment, I believe a version for Kontakt is in the works) of all the original sounds for the Fairlight II and a smattering of other sounds besides. http://powerfx.com/ProductInfo.aspx?prod_id=1721 There's even a preset in it named "Killing Fieldy" although IMHO it's not that close to the sound from Etude, but with a little tweaking you can get there. Lots of other very recogniseable sounds in there so if you use Reason it's well worth a look. Yes, this is a plug. No, they aren't paying me. But I have spent most of the afternoon playing with this (no work due to snow). Back to top

But you should be able to deal with the WAVs from a Kontakt version if one ever materializes. Back to top
