raven4x4x Group: Members Posts: 1535 Joined: Jan. 2002 Posted: Nov. 07 2003, 03:01 I'm trying to burn a compilation at the moment, but several of the songs I'd like on it are on DVDs. I don't have a DVD-ROM, so I was wondering if it is possable to plug a DVD player into the line-in on a soundcard. I'm sure it won't be too hard to get the required plugs or adaptors, but is it even possable? Would I need to put it through an amp first? (that would also be no problem) Or is there another way? My soundcard isn't flash at all so the only input I've got is line-in, to take a normal plug for a microphone. Either a simple wav-recorder has already come along with your soundcard, you can try shareware versions (or cheap older relaeses) of commercial software like e.g. goldwave, or you try some free software like e.g. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ Back to top
