Go to the window that show all the files you are sharing, then right-click the file whose link you want to know and select 'copy to clipboard'. Then you only have to paste it wherever you want it (an e-mail, notepad, a forum...).
In the most recent versions of the software you must right-click the file and select 'show ed2k link' which would open a new window displaying the e-link. You can copy it in the old way of selecting the text and pressing control+C or simply click the button 'copy to clipboard'.
