Hey there, it's been a while. How is everyone doing?...glad to see my old pals BOOsTER and MusicallyInspired are still composing on this board. Keep it up guys.

Anyway, after a long absence (a whole year) i've got back to composing, and resumed working on Opus (now titled Sentiment)

Part IV is a moody electronic piece i was inspired to write after meeting a girl in berlin.

Hope you enjoy :)

On Dmusic - Opus Part IV (just click on the yellow button in the column, you don't have to sign up or anything.)

Alternatively, try geocities, so Right-click > Save target as)

(Opus) Sentiment Part IV [2.6mb]

Merry Xmas.

nice pads and interresting FX, it has a cool mood I like it :)
I would replace the Oboe (?) with a mellow synth sound with long release though :)
The drums sound interresting :)
but maybe a more "breakbeatish" sounding kit would sound better :)

(sorry it seems I have too much critics, but these are only suggestions, just matter of taste, I like it as is too)

merry x-mas to you too

This sounds very good!
Nice atmosphere and melodie, the beat with the electric guitar effect are very cool, only the ending is abit abrupt.
Overal very good.

Cheers!

Yea i'm thinking of changing the oboe back to a synth lead -like in my first version of the song, but i lost the synth patch and i couldn't find any decent voices to replace it.
