Hi all,
yesterday, I had a gig with my band. We play our own songs (rock & ballads). In one song, I played a very high-pitched, single-note solo on my Strat. Just in the gap between two notes, I could clearly hear somebody in the audience saying "Oldfield!". Wow! That was a kick...! -Carsten-

It happened again. The other night we had a gig, and after the concert some guy said to me 'I like your guitar. You sound a bit like Oldfield, but he's 4 times as fast'. Then he said he worked with Sally Oldfield as a percussionist/drummer. eek eek eek Now, have you heard of a guy called Dieter who worked with Sally?

That is great, Carsten, and for to happen (at least) twice... cool

Say Carsten, are you sure it wasn't Gunther?

Don't know if it's the same one, but if he is, he's also the writer of The Power Of Love sung by Celine Dion and has worked with Candy Derouge and Jennifer Rush.

Mmm, that's really cool CarstenKuss! I'd like to see you perform sometimes! Where do you usually perform? (which city etc.)

Hi Blue Dolphin,
don't think you will be able to see us live since we're in Bonn/Germany. And not famous enough to play gigs anywhere else (yet  ;) ). There's our website, however (see above).  But I'm afraid the MP3 there is poor quality. I rather recommend you check my MP3s at http://www.amarok.f9.co.uk/. Will take some time to download, *sigh*  :(
Hi jael,
sorry I don't think he's the man. Must be someone else...
