Actually, Ricken make some live in Japan. He released a new album, and you can download an extract Woman In The Snow(instrumental).

But, he make a lot Mike Oldfield's Cover Track like this one :
To France
and this version without voice
To France karaoke
and the classical Moonlight Shadow ...

and to finish, I think it'S the best tribute

Orabidoo

wahoo, who's the singer? Harulin.

Ah, i forget, on May 25th, 2003, the fourth Mike Oldfield symposium was held at the Irene Hall in Ochanomizu Tokyo.
More than 50 fans participated in this symposium. It consisted of a video of the "Exposed Tour" and listening to music from the album"Tubular Bells, 2003".
The main event was a chance for fans to see rare mini concert of Mr.Ricken,Mr. Sony and Ms. Harulin performing live together.
Also, fans had fantastic opportunity to listen to Mike's concert live.
They had a fascinating and memorable time.
Improvisation-Amarok-Crise
Orabidoo.

Enjoyed.

WOW! Very well done! Orabidoo is so well done that my ears actually expected to hear Mount Teidi when the song finished :)

The only negative critisicm that I have is that the singer's English pronunciation needs improvement, but it almost seems petty to bring it up, since it's definitely better than my Japanese would ever be :).

Other than that, it's perfect, and it's uncanny how much the singer sounds like Maggie!

To geinoh
Thank you so much for giving us an opportunity to introduce
our performance.
And also, thank you for listening for Scarborough Fair.
(But the guitar of Scarborough Fair was played by sony
who is the member of Gryffindor.)
Except for Mike Oldfield,we have a few cover tracks
on our homepage “Gryffin Square”,such as The Beatles and Celine Dion. Please try them.  :)

To all listeners
We appreciate you very much, and hope you enjoyed
our performance as much as  we did.

Sorry for bumping this up the forum from 2004 but the cover version of 'To France' (linked to above) is excellent, OK, so the pronunciation of the female vocalist is a little off, but I think it adds to the individualism of the cover. Of course, once the guitar sounds get going, you tend to forget the little discrepancies like pronunciation and realize the guy can really play - wonderful sound!.
