Hi everyone,
I'm from Sweden and have been listening to Mike for around 10 years now. I simply have found no better music... there's quite nothing like it, well, at least some of it :)

I listen almost exclusively to the long instrumental albums. My absolute favorite album is Amarok (not just by Mike, it is my favorite album period). It simply is the best music there is :) Other than that, TBA II, MOTS, Hergest Ridge, TBA, Taurus II, Platinum and Ommadawn are those I think rank the highest.

Anyway, thought I'd introduce myself. Cheers!
Bob

Hi Bob, welcome to the forums!

Amarok is top with quite a few people :) Since you mentioned some of your favourite albums in order, you might want to look at an existing topic here where people tried to list all of Mikes albums in order of preference. Have you listened to them all yet?

Enjoy!

Matt

Aha, thanks. Of course I have listened to them all :). I will see if I can put together a list.

DANIEL! (Matt tries to put on a stern schoolteacher voice - probably sounds more like Elton John). Cease and desist! We've had quite enough confusion over multiple usernames recently...

I'm afraid you've been relegated to a sideshow, Bob.  Oh you'll be screaming all right by the time we're done with you!

Sorry bob the screamer, your thread has become the victim of a double (triple?) in-joke. It'll take far too long to explain, and probably isn't even really that funny, so I'll just say:

Welcome to the forums! :D

No Nightspore - don't get your coat.

<Applause> :) That was good.

Probably never been done before so bold as brass. You could be up for next years Bravery Award.

As we can see, there's no flies on Matt - he's just too quick. ;)
