Smoke less,Drink more..Or get out more basicaly (apart from a glass of wine on Christmas day I`ve never touched a drop the whole of this month..Something awry there) .Really need to start thinking about giving up the smokes though.Should I be lucky enough to get anywhere close to a ripe old age.I really don`t wanna` see myself as an old man coughing and wheezing and trying to get my no doubt arthritic fingers to roll up another one. Cut down on the chocolate. Hike Hergest Ridge. Stop procrastinating. Hmm....good start so far (i.e., made this list, eh?). Read at least one book per month. But I will make REAL efforts to stop making stupid poorly thought out decisions. *Like my decision to move into a terrible area last April*, I have synths sitting that still have not seen a midi cable since move-in. Seriously it influences policy and the system needs forward thinkers like my esteemed Prof. Criminology and Corrections. A real dish, smart but down to earth not stuffy at all! @ I will not wear my heart on my sleeve! I will socialise with my colleagues, never let me down ever! @will enjoy the occasional forum here. And there's a link with with guilt and responsibility - those who feel overly responsible feel guilty all the time, and those who don't do responsibilty don't suffer with guilt - like the narcissists of this world.
