I don't know why i think this....but i have a feeling that CAt Stevens wrote a song called Moonlight Shadow....... Im not a fan of his, but THAT SONG which im talking about, i certainly did like...
now, was it not called that? Certainly, www.mikeoldfield.org doesn't list that song of MO's as a cover.....so probably isn't.
Anyone know the Cat Stevens song im talking about???

That's "Moonshadow"... smile

The chorus goes like this:
'Cause I'm being followed by a moonshadow,/ Moonshadow, moonshadow. / Rippin' and boppin' on a moonshadow, / Moonshadow, moonshadow.
It's a rather nice folky song, IMHO. wink

Looks like you're being followed by a moonshadow (moonshadow, moonshadow), not carried away by a moonlight shadow.

Cat Stevens didn't perform/record/write/laugh at Moonlight Shadow as far as I know. But you can connect him with Mike (check out the Related Artists Quiz in the Related Artists topic)
