You can buy all of these guitars, but not easily.
Not many PRS Signature guitars were made. A PRS Signature would cost you something between $4500 and $8500 (US dollars, prices from Ed Roman Guitars). A 24 fret Custom from 1989 (which would look virtually the same) would cost between $1100 and $1500.
A new Custom 24 (which would look like the more orange coloured guitar which Mike played Outcast on at Horseguards, though that's also a Signature model) would cost somewhere around $2000 (or $900 - $1100 for a second hand one).
The Fender Stratocaster is a very common guitar, and if you just want a red stratocaster, you could get a Squier version for about $200. One from the 1960s like Mike's would be hard to find, and could cost $6000 or more.
Fender make reissue models which are designed to look and sound like the old guitars - there are various different ones, some in the past were made in Japan, others are now made in Mexico and their USA factory. The highest quality, but most expensive, are the ones which they make in their USA custom shop. You can have a look at Fender's website to see all of the different Stratocasters available (and then if you put the model name into Google, you should be able to find a dealer selling it, to get a rough idea of the price - or of course, you can ask at your local guitar shop. The Mexican reissues are the cheapest, the Custom Shop ones the most expensive. A second hand Japanese one would be a good guitar, and not too expensive).
