We've just been told that Mike will be the guest of Mick Brown on 'From The Bottom To The Top' on Capital Gold radio at 11am on Sunday.

The show will feature a rundown of the UK charts of 2nd July 1983, when Moonlight Shadow was at number 4.

Capital Gold can be heard online (click on the 'listen now' link at the top right of the page - Windows Media Player is required), or if you're in the UK, via AM radio (depending on your location), digital radio, cable and satellite - see their frequencies page for more information.

Thanks to Roy Salsbury for the tipoff!

Thanks for the information... but... I realized that my "Wave mapper" module crashed some days ago (and I can't reinstall easily) so I can't hear any voice from any webpage unfortunately... :/ But I see that "Moonlight Shadow" is being played now. :)

I must admit I was a bit disappointed with the show. I had expected that there would be more interview with Mike. Only a bit about promoting Moonlight Shadow, how he started his career and Ibiza. But maybe that is what the show is like. Living in Denmark I have never heard the show before.

In my opinion you have not missed anything if you have not heard the show.

Well, either he has nothing to report on the new album,or he does'nt want things taken out of context, like they usually are with him, plus if he had news,he would put it on his website.

Most of the show was used playing songs from the chart of July 1983. Then there were some short talks with Mike in between the music. So he did not really get the chance to tell anything about new projects etc.

He commented on some of the artists he remembered from the chart like Rod Stewart and The Police and also he thought Paul Young was a good artist.
