My brother and sister got me a DVD player for Christmas! If you haven't seen the Led Zeppelin DVD yet, I recommend it! It's gobsmackingly brilliant! You can really see how magical the band were live, and it has just about everything a fan could wish to see - i.e just about all the favourite tracks!

Yea that DVD kicks so much ass, I love it.

Makes me want a violin bow to play.

*Extremely silly and, what's more, off-topic reply* :D

X11, if you want a violin bow, just get a cheap made-in-Korea violin (no offence to Koreans, of course) & there you have it. :)

I wish they'd make a DVD about Mike where we can see him 'behind the scenes' composing, recording etc.

It's cheaper to buy the far eastern violin bow without the violin...

A Mike Oldfield behind the scenes video could be interesting...maybe if we keep shouting and hope for the best, something will happen. Perhaps it's more likely that he takes a leaf out of Led Zeppelin's book and combines live footage with footage from Music VR in a bout of The Song Remains The Same type weirdness. Perhaps him and Fanny mucking out the stables could be a kind of equivalent to the John Bonham on a tractor scenes.
