Universal and Mercury UK make no reference at all to MO.

The european (Sister sites) do but alas not over here.

This is ridiculous considering the new L&S link thats just been set up (offering ringtones etc) is run by none other than.. UNIVERSAL UK ...

The mercury.co.uk site is pretty much useless. It really needs a search feature on the front page, as the typical visitor would have no idea which of the four imprints contains Oldfield or any other artist.

I finally got deeper into Mike's official L&S site, but it required "Real Audio" to listen to the tracks. I got tired of having to uninstall the real player every time I used it due to it trashing my computer, so I now never use it.

Nightshade @ www.mikeoldfield.de is different from the one we hear on www.mikeoldfieldlightandshade.com !

I prefer the version @ www.mikeoldfieldlightandshade.com :D

Posted here also,as well as on the topic about www.mikeoldfield.de.

To be honest, the lightandshade website is kinda... amateurish... it looks a bit like... err... my own website (in terms of the flash navigation etc.) except I think mine looks better...

But then, I like the music. I'll DEFINITELY buy L+S as soon as possible, if only to hear "Surfing" in full quality :)

Cool. So is your album 'the most sophisticated pop record that has ever been made? You might be up against some pretty stiff compitition from L+S  :D

Navaira, I prefer your site to the L&S site (slightly), but I'm still not a big fan of 100% Flash sites!
