Hi! Longtime fan of Mike's who just found out about this site! I'm a musician who specialises Deep spacey synth music moods that are sometimes dark, sometimes relaxing and meditative. The music is dreamy and atmospheric, and takes you on a journey rather than repetitive sequences that are nice at first but dont stand up to repeated listenings. Though my music definitly has elements of "new-age", I think as a whole its more "progressive" or "psychedelic" even though the music is synth driven. I would get bored doing just one type of thing all the time & those genres allow one to stretch their imaginaion & musical boundaries & also keeps the music from stagnating.
