TubularBeach Group: Members Posts: 20 Joined: May 2009 Posted: July 14 2010, 07:17 I am sure it is not a problem of the mailing services in the different countries - such a "coincidence" is really impossible.  It seems to be a fact that Universal screwed things up and only they can tell us why and how.  But up to now, we have only got stupid e-mails and suggestions about "refunds"!?!? Maybe it was ground shipment, not air. Hence it doesn't explain the long shipment time from UK to France. THIS IS NOT A COINCIDENCE! Back to top

Not much protection to speak of, but they arrived in good shape. Ommadawn: #081 / 250 Hergest Ridge: #075 / 250 According to the label attached to neck of the sack, the shipment was made on June 24th. They included £5 voucher to Universal Music which expired on June 30th. Why do I see that as a bad joke after all this delay... maybe I let them know and get a new one. Back to top

There also was 'Notice of Arrival' inside the mailbox! I drank couple of cups of coffee and went as soon as possible to the post office to get the package. On package had a small tear on the front , but luckily the contents were in good shape. I am pleased now. I checked the condition of the vinyls also. I have not seen anything like dirt or stains on them, such as TB UE vinyl included. Now I have the following numbered editions from Universal... TB UE 'signed' #483/500 Hergest Ridge Limited Deluxe Edition #109/250 Ommadawn Limited Deluxe Edition #025/250 I give special thanks for assistance to Hifiguru! Back to top

July 19th!!! Now though, by that I mean today, I got an email stating that the item I ordered was out of stock! The email said nothing more, not anything of a refund, or re-order, or a new shipment coming or anything... -------------- Hmm... Back to top
