Quote | The Word Magazine frequently have some very interesting interviews, but one bit in particular jumped out at me as possibly being of interest here.

They interview Phil Smee who (mostly) designs, annotates and helps compile re-issues of albums. About 32'40 in, Phil mentions that he is "currently working with Mark Powell on Mike Oldfield stuff and "he's found demos, all sorts of things..."
Sounds interesting, I just hope that they all get released in some shape or form.

Phil Smee (Waldo's Design & Dream Emporium - artwork package and design), Mark Powell (master tape research, artist liaison ) and Paschal Byrne (The Audio Archiving Company, London - 24-bit digital remastering) have already worked on a couple of reissues of Oldfield-related material including Kevin Ayers material, Pekka Pohjola (The Mathematicians Air Display) and Faerie Symphony by Tom Newman.
Mark Powell is a freelance catalogue consultant who used to work as the manager of a Mastering studio in London and also as a freelance music journalist writing for magazines such as RECORD COLLECTOR and various specialist publications in the USA, UK and Europe. His passion about great Classic, Progressive & Psychedelic Rock led him to begin work as a freelance consultant on back catalogue projects with Universal Music UK, beginning with the remastering of the CARAVAN catalogue. From their it grew, until he was also invited by EMI to look into their HARVEST, VIRGIN & CHARISMA catalogues. This work also led to approaches by SONY BMG UK and SANCTUARY MUSIC in the UK. Alongside this he is label manager for ESOTERIC RECORDINGS, a newly established label which is part of the CHERRY RED GROUP.
