hi,

today i dcided to purchase the game, after getting the registration key (and the e-mail) i closed the browser and started the game.

After starting the game by pressing the "Start game" button the registration window opens, after typing in the registration key and pressing the "ok" Button, the whole programm window of the game closes and an error window appears with following message:

MusicVR: Internal error

After this, i opend the browser again and connected to the internet.

So i tried agan -> The error appears again.

I looked for Updates and download V1.1f and install it.

Next try

Now follwing error message appers:

You are not connected to the internet!
Please connect to the internet and try again.

But my Browser is still connected to the internet!!

The connection to the internet i use is by my comany LAN.

What could be the reason of the problem?
Have someone any solution for the problem?

I hope you can help me!!!

Peter

hi peter,
i had a lot of troubles when i registered... i had to wait for three days until i entered the first time.
but maybe it was not the same problem, in my case the message was "network connection failed". i think the bank stuff is not made instantly, so it's necessary to wait until it's done... i checked later that i was able to enter on the same date the bank operation was confirmed.

but anyway go to  http://www.mikeoldfield.org and in "mvr" there's a FAQ section... if u don't find a solution to your problem there, then u have the chance to contact them by a support form.

:)

I haven't tried in the office but maybe you're accessing internet through a firewall/proxy.  I think they said they've solved that in update 1.e.   Otherways, you can modify your internet connection settings

Hi all,

now i solved the problem in the way, that i carryed home my notebook and connecet it to the web by using my private
account and a modem.
After done this in this specific way, the registration procedure was no problem.

The cause of my problem must be the firewall in the companys
LAN, maybe the registration uses a specific port wich is locked
by the firewall.

Nevertheless thanks for trying to help me

Saint
