Hello everyone

First, this Forum is great, thank you Olivier.

What about having forums sort by language ? There're a lot fo German speaking message and I don't read at all this language...
And there're some French speaking language (including mine), and a lot of people don't understand them.
Of course, speaking in our native language is not a good way to mix differents people, differents culture and differents point of view, which is one of Forum's goal... but I don't speak english fluently, and sometimes, I'm tired reading English and I would like to read French message and write French reply...

--------------
Cheers,
GMOVJ

Hi GMOVJ!

I'm one of those who write in German, because I can sort and transmit my thougts much better in my native language than in any other.
Nevertheless I think there's no need of splitting up the forum into different languages, caused by a simple reason: All in all the postings are about the same, whether they are in German, French or English.

All the best, Andi.

Hi Andi,

Thanx for replying.
I sometimes wrote in French and for the same reason than you did. And because my english is very poor...I don't talk about my german which is...err "without form, and void"...;-)

Of course I didn't mean that the Forum has to split : French with French, German with German, Italian with Italian. I HATE that idea !!!.

I'm waiting for other disagreement or agreement (hé! Why not? ;-). But maybe you're right and maybe that was a bad idea.

Best regards to everybody

Yes it is ! "The law is hard, but it is the law"... somthing like "La ley es dura, pero es la ley" ...And with "errare humanum est" and "veni vidi vici" there are the only words I know in latin !

Sum, es, est, sumus, estis, sunt...
Boy did Latin drive me nuts...

Discussion's kind of over now, but I never really minded postings in different languages. I can't claim to understand everything, but the topic name alone gives some idea about what's being said...and as long as they're not being insulting...
