Palmer, when I first started to do drawings of faces, I was so proud of what I accomplished.  I showed one of my works to an artist friend and this is what he told me:  "The likeness is there, your perspectives are right on, but do it again without the lines.  You do not have a line at the edge of your face."   He did not tell me how to do it, but suggested I go home and experiment.

So I say to you the same thing.  You've done an excellent job but try it again and do not draw any lines.  Look at your subject matter as various shades of gray, some lighter, some darker.  You might even draw it while looking at the original photo upside down so all you are really seeing is the various shades and depth of color.

I would love for you to try this and post again.  And I sincerely hope you are not offended.
