Does anyone know what is says in Orabidoo at 3:19? Is it a sample from a movie like "don't come in again like that" is?

Says it at 4:23 too, at the start of the second vocoder verse etc.

When it came out and I was a kid with a pretty active imagination. It always seemed to me that Morris Pert spoke that bit.

It also however seemed to me that I saw Morris Pert hooning around in a brand new XD Falcon on the beach at Aldinga, South Australia in probably 1982.

I have since confirmed with Morris Pert that it wasn't him who was laying donuts that day; didn't think to ask him about that Orabidoo bit.

At this point in my life, I am prepared to have the other Morris Pert illusion shattered, but please, break it gently.

Actually he's a real character judging from the little communication I had with him years ago. Has a website where you can catch up with what he's been doing; get his music etc but then I guess you knew that.

Didn't you?

Cheers!

Pretty sure that's from a Hitchcock movie, can find out if anyone cares.

Yep thanks I love that one too, but there's one earlier on more subliminal, it sounds like Spanish maybe Italian?

Of course we hear it ;) At least those who listen to the music...
I am also very courious about where is this quotation from. I am not sure where I have read it (I thought it was in the sleeve notes on my remastered HDCD edition of 5MO, but I've checked and it's not) that this is voice of Mike, recorded during one of the 5MO's recording session. But now as I can't find it anywhere, I think this may be only my own imagination ;)

best wishes

he seems to be quite some interesting figure, this pert guy...

I wondered where the quote came from too  :)

Not yet it doesn't!

It's interesting, I posted this question on the Amarok mailing list years ago when it used to be really rocking over there. No one knew the answer there either!
