Ok, this is a lighthearted question. Reading another thread it sort of made me wonder if there is any relationship between dodgy eyesight and liking Mike's music.

I will admit to being a specs wearer.

Does this thread have anything to do with posts on the topic of Hergest Ridge perchance?   I'm another one with specs appeal :) . I wear glasses for distance vision.

A friend just had the laser thing, and now I'm thinking of having it too. My little girl seems to think that pulling my specs off just as Ommadawn gets to the good bits is really fun.

I still haven't voted. Does it count if you usually use specs for reading, but not otherwise?

Re: "I've had laser surgery to correct my vision."

Reminds me of a famous warning sign at laser facilities: "Do not look at laser with remaining eye."

That's reassuring!!

Well, I don't wear glasses at the moment, but all the rest of my family do, so there's a good chance that I will sometime.
