I listen to "Crises" quite a lot; it's an awesome piece of music. The album itself, though, doesn't feel as complete to me as Five Miles Out. "Foreign Affair" is not one of my favorite songs and I don't care for "Shadow on the Wall". I don't get a sense of cohesion with this album - no linking element between the pieces. I haven't studied the lyrics, though, so I may just be missing the message(s). On the strength of "Crises", "Moonlight Shadow", "In High Places", and "Taurus 3", I consider this a great album - more so than Discovery, Islands, and Earth Moving which followed. But it's not on my 'favorite five' list.
-------------- "I'm no physicist, but technically couldn't Mike both be with the horse and be flying through space at the same time? (On account of the earth's orbit around the Sun and all that). So it seems he never had to make the choice after all. I bet he's kicking himself now." - clotty
