Matters have allegedly been made worse by Amazon running out of string to tie the parcels up with. Back to top

I did order my copy online, but since it had'nt been posted by last weekend, decided to go to the HMV Shop and pay the extra and buy it there.  I'd phoned my nearest HMV in  Luton to reserve a copy.  Apart from the pre ordered copies that were downstairs I only saw ONE copy in the whole store.   How is L+S meant to make any impact on the album charts if the copies appear to be rationed . Don't worry I've been waiting nearly three weeks for a CD from a small record label by an  artist, who is relativly unknown. I got mine from cd-wow, and had the u-myx tracks, not the extra 2 tracks. I'm afraid I no longer salivate at the expectation of any new CD given that expectations can be destroyed within an hour of receipt. We ordered it using the slower (and cheaper) delivery option, thinking that it would be dispatched during our week away on holiday (a very nice holiday it was as well) and it would arrive a few days after we got back. I got mine normal delivery too, I looked up the cost of the faster delivery and it was about 24pounds I think but don't quote me on that, too much anyway. -------------- I hate getting up early.
