To find the blue stone, you must first play the spikeball-game and fail. Fail = you fly into the archway without pushing three spikesball into it. Then the blue stone will appear in the desert. Hard to describe its exact position, but it's between the "golden trees" and the tree that stands just by the barrier. You probably won't see it if you travel between this two places, but you'll have to go a bit on the right side of this path. Sorry, this is the best description I can come up with. It's pretty close to the green stone (if you know where it is)
