Hello and welcome

Why "Bradnorman"? Do you live near Bradnor Hill?

I was there early September
:)

Hi there. Thank you for your welcome.

I live about 100 km from Bradnor Hill and Hergest Ridge.
I really love it there, and as a keen hill walker, I go there as often as I can. The scenery and the views are really beautiful, as you know, and add to that, Mike's association with the area, and it makes for a truly magical place for me. Unfortunately I haven't been since February/March of this year, but hope to return soon. Did you enjoy your visit in September?       :)

Yes,  I did.
Really a great experience! Beautiful area, nice people, gorgeous weather, etc...

Not a lot of people know that, but the photos showing Mike sat on a hill with his models is not Hergest Ridge, but Bradnor Hill. Hergest Ridge is in the background...behind him.
I know that, because I have been there with The Beacon's owner...

Can't wait to go back, had a great time when I was there last year...hope that I can write part of my PhD thesis(or any related work) in such an inspiring place in the near future!

Yes you're right about that. It's strange to think that Mike  found The Beacon just by chance. That was quite an act of fate!

Hi Tati

Thanks for the welcome. Yeah - you'll have to go and stay at The Beacon and write your theses there! What is will be the subject of your Phd?
