Hi.I read somewhere (i think in either the re-issue booklet or in the Elements box-set booklet)that at the time of release Mike set up some kind of tresure hunt relating to Amarok.
Could anyone tell me more and was this in response to Virgin's refusal to promote it?Thanks.

Mike decided to pay £ 1000 to the person who discovered the morse code on Amarok(F**k off RB).

From memory - around the 48:00 minute mark.

My memory is often a bit dodgy though :)

To be more precise, it's from 48:02 to 48:33, during the "Far Dip" section, played on high synth horns. You can find an explanation here.

It's in with the Amarok excerpt on the Elements (1CD version). I always wondered if Virgin were in on it, or if whoever compiled Elements didn't notice.
