It was three excerpts on a tape I made and it sounded so life-affirmingly uplifting, its remarkable. It's a bit boring, nothing interesting happens...and it's slower (and longer) than the original which makes it even more boring. It's kind of nice, but dated (to me anyway). Back to top

You've got a pretty-darn-close-to-Mike electric guitar sound there as well. Makes a change for me to listen to this, after listening over and over to my own versions of bits of Amarok whilst working on them (yes Allan, you managed to persuade me into doing that one ) Back to top

I couldn't care less for all these cheesy synth covers, like Tubular Vibes (horrible stuff). It's like making an image of a tree, but instead of using pencils, brushes and paint you use Lego. It's completely soul-less (not that I don't like Lego, I spent my childhood in a Lego box, hehe, but...). By the way, you have to share your 'Moonlight Mando'. That's really cool. Back to top

Very dreamlike, and I agree - the tinkling TB theme in the background is a nice touch. And your guitar playing is EXTREMELY Oldfield-esque! I think the project will miss a lot with such great Amarok inspired music and wonderful guitar playing, if you haven't.
