Hi there.
Anyone remembers lil' amarok track ? I finnaly decided to record several amarok parts, and will mix all of them one of these days. ( actually, I fell more motivated since I baught a gibson Sg, wich sounds better for Oldfield music than my old crap Charvel)
I made a new track, short, one again (sorry).
Gimme feedback please ^^

Wow, akane, good job! Keep making those short mixes! Looking forward to the entire mix!

Might I ask what you used for the guitar effects?

sure !!!

I used my Boss GT-6 pluged in the console.
with just a vintage wah effect, delay, tube screamer distosion and twin reverb amp simulation.
I often change the speakers simulations settings to change the sound. And the gibson 500T pick-up sounds quite good.

Thanks for the comments =)

Nice work...that SG does sound good. It could also be fun to bring in a crazy solo towards the end (I think there's enough room in there for it), but only if you're in a bit of a wild mood at the time ;)

Good luck with the final mix-together...

krogscrew> you're right, such a solo would be cool, i had the idea, but of course that's not easy; Maybe i'll do it one of these nights, if i drink too much Guiness ;)
