well, I downloaded the (muffled) MP3 from Pascal's site, and I am aware that there is debate over whether it ever really was released on flexi disc or not...I seem to remember Paul Harris from Dark Star even saying that no-one that he knows even has a copy!...so I was wondering, has anyone seen a copy?...and do all the bootlegs with the track on only have it in such bad sound quality?...oh and I should just point out that I am extremely grateful to Pascal for making the track available for download in the first place wink...

The Rainer Münz's site says there was a flexidisc, but just a promo (look at the price :O ).

Here you can find also a video (with not much better sound quality)

So, 10 years on, has anyone ever actually SEEN this disc? I can't help thinking that all that ever existed was the video...

I very much doubt there is a flexidisc. The only person to claim it existed is Dave Scarlett and he has disappeared. The video appeared on TV twice. Second time it was much shorter but that is what appears on Youtube. The first time it was shown they interviewed both Mike Oldfield and Sally Cooper.

from wikipedia :

" All Right Now, recorded by Mike Oldfield (produced by Tom Newman), with vocals by Wendy Roberts and Pierre Moerrlen, was issued as a one-sided promotional blue 7" single flexi-disc in 1979. The single was given only to Virgin Records executives and never issued to the public, making it one of the most elusive collectors' items in the Oldfield catalogue (number Virgin TT-362)"

I agree to Airborne and still doubt it very much.
