What is the word 'Lostre'? I'm not sure if I spelled that correctly?

According to Google, Lostre is the name of a café in Athens (Lostre Café), as well as a proper name. What has either of those got to do with FMO, I have no idea. :) Maybe a contraption of "low strings" ?
