Hi all,

I am receiving some e-mails with questions about the Mike Oldfield MIDI Player. I want to say few things about:

1.- If your PC hangs a moment during the install, it's probably when the file program dialog box appears. Please ignore this!

2.- At this moment, I'm developing HR and Ommadawn MIDIs. Please be patient, I'm working hard to do this wink .

3.- If you want to help (send time-lines, tracklists, etc.), please reffer to the Support section. All helps are welcome! smile

4.- Thanks for test it! biggrin

Greentings and thanks again.

Downloaded it yesterday, and it works fine (with only TB of course, so far). But after unzipping, I only get a 'Setup' icon, so I have to run setup every time. What's wrong? -Carsten-

Hi, Carsten:

Received your e-mail, here are the instructions to run it:

First of all, run your zip/unzip tool (WinZip, WinAce, etc.) and read carefully the file readme.txt. There you'll find the path to install: C:\MO-MIDI. Unzip all files to that directory.

Then, go to C:\MO-MIDI and run setup.exe. In the "select path" sialog box, enter again C:\MO-MIDI, and after that, *ignore the file program box!*. If you did it good, in the directory C:\MO-MIDI you'll see MO-MIDI-PLAYER.exe, readme.txt, leame.txt and the install files. Simply run MO-MIDI-PLAYER.exe and enjoy! smile

If you have questions, please send an e-mail or post a message.

Version 2.0 will be released soon, with a lot of new features such as:

- Two new full albums and Singles.
- Spanish/English interface(but I need help on French, German and Italian, could anybody help? Thx).
- New graphics.
- And the compressed file only has a size of 1.2 Mb!

Greetings.
