I have some problems with the lyrics from the album The Millennium Bell:
At the beginning of Peace On Earth and Liberation a woman sings something sounding "Adete".
There are different versions about the lyrics from Sunlight Shining Through Cloud. One of them defines the chorus as "WITH the sunlight shining through cloud, when we're standing free, proud", the other one thinks that the first line begins with "we're" instead of "with". To my mind the second version has more meaning, and it could be a metaphor.
My other problem is Liberation. We can read the extract from the Diary of Anne Frank on every lyrics-page but I haven't found anywhere the ending words yet. So I tried to find out what they are:
1. "reaching out and do what the words" (or worlds?) 2. "I have eyes, ears and a voice" 3. "listen" 4. "there's a special new information" (it's surely wrong) 5. "the music ..." (wraps or grabs?) 6. "you wasted near a record of your car(d)" or "you ... need a record of your car(d)" 7. "record of your car(d)" 8. "may I have your attention, please?" 9. "zero, ..." (it sounds like "Phil Spalding" )
I suppose that an Oldfield-fan who speaks English as/like a native could write these phrases down correctly. Please, help me!
-------------- If I were music, I would be Enigmatism.
