I like it, it's very calm and peaceful.

I'm impressed that you did it without the aid of computers, so bravo :D

Very nice and retro-ish :). It really sounds like 'watery flute.' Good name! Good piece!

Did you do this by hand! Man, impressive! It think there is nothing much left to improve about the sound quality.

It reminds me to some sort of film music, forgot which film. So I think it would be an outstanding film track. It's a bit to repetative for my taste, though.

I notice you've got a note wrong at 00:58. That's pretty annoying.

Allright, that'll be it. Congrats for your track.

1 wrong note. : ) I think u are being a bit kind,

I hear a lot more,

I know I am a bit lazzy but this way of recording its 1 take and thats it no after mixing or punching in.so if i hit a wrong note i have 2 start again : (

but i feel it adds 2 the fun of recording and playing it.

As it has nothing to do with the wateryflute, it should have started a new topic with it.

And you indeed can't sing!  :D

I don't know anything about movies (maybe Blue Dolphin can help here?) but it seemed allright to me. Some really funny bits, like the guy at the keyboard dancing really really silly.

The music is interesting. I like the tune you start with, and I like the way it transforms (tranceforms?:) ) to repetative dance music. That fits the mood of 'battle' well, I think. But you leave the viewer there, if you know what I mean. I get a very unpleasant feeling at the end, like as if it isn't finished. Like quiting in the middle of the action.

About the sound I've got one remark. The speech of the 'techno' part has got an aweful lot of resonance on it. Very annoying!

In general it seems much fun to make something like this! It makes me wanting to play poker too.

Maybe I missed something. How do I actually view this? Is it just a renamed file extention? I have no video player that playd DAT files. What should I do?

yup ,DAT video file  MusicallyInspired

go download new windows media player that will play it

http://windowsmedia.com/9series/download/download.asp

but dont expect 2 much , its just me and my m8's having a good time with some guits and keyboards ; )

2 MUSIC..

yeh had trouble with voice samples, some r very bad : (

THE END, i thought that was a good way 2 finish the song rather than a fade or climb down. as the sample says "this game is over"
and if u ever get 2 play a game of 'texas holdem no limit'
which is what we play. u will see what i mean..

one minute u r flying and the next..BOOM!!! U R OUT...

thanks for the comments and taking the time 2 download and watch,, it aint a small file

Music, the acient language ---> when I hear it it reminds me a bit of "Dolphins" (2000) with the music of Sting, don't know if you have seen this movie as it is a iMax theatre movie. But I don't think you mean this one. It also reminds me a bit of "Le Grand Bleu" (1988), which is the movie about the deep diver Jacques Mayhol.
