I just moved the 'Modernistic Metamorphoses' chapter on the beginning of the book. I now think the book will better open with this explosive and somewhat historical chapter than with the tranquil 'Aural Presence' chapter.

I just produced a pdf version of the book, which includes images and fancy fonts. It also includes a few "bug fixes" compared to the GitBook version and is a bit more polished.

I produced the next version of the book, much more complete than the previous one. All chapters are revised, many new artists are added and the book as a whole is substantially changed.

I have good news considering the book that I wrote. It's not GREAT news, since I failed to find an official publisher (for now), but I launched a site that promotes the book. Since it costs me money to keep the server online, I am forced into selling the book, although the original intention was to distribute it for free.
